What is the difference between Pro 5x and Pro 20x?
Both tiers include the same core features; the main difference is usage. According to OpenAI, Pro 5x gives 5x the usage of Plus and suits everyday work and coding. New Pro 200 purchases follow the new 10X level; eligible existing Pro 200 subscribers keep 20X until 2026-10-29. It suits intensive development and heavy AI workflows. Will ChatGPT Pro be added to my own account?
Yes. GetPlus is a third-party service that upgrades your own ChatGPT account; we do not sell shared accounts. Once done, you can check your current plan in ChatGPT settings.
How long does a ChatGPT Pro top-up take?
Regular orders usually complete in 3–5 minutes. Manual checks, peak hours or outside service issues may take longer; our support team follows up based on your order record.
Do I need to give you my ChatGPT password?
No. After ordering, submit your account email and activation code as the order page instructs. Never give your ChatGPT password to any top-up service.
Can I get an invoice or sign a contract?
Yes. Standard invoices, VAT special invoices and purchase contracts are available; VAT special invoices carry an extra tax charge. For a special invoice or contract, contact support first to confirm the company name, tax ID and current requirements.
What if the ChatGPT Pro top-up fails?
After checking your order record, if the top-up did not succeed, GetPlus refunds you in full under our rules. Keep your payment receipt and contact support on this site.
